The Basic Diver course represents the first level of Diverse Ability diving certification.

The course provides the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to safely dive in confined water with a Diverse Ability instructor to a maximum depth of 12 meters. The entire course takes place in a swimming pool or confined water site.

You will learn the practical skills to handle equipment and breathe underwater. You will learn how the human body reacts in the underwater environment and the basics to prevent the most common diving problems.

Once you have completed your Basic Diver course, you can continue your journey with the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification courses.
